The trust is managed by a board of local residents, assisted by support staff, a number of sub-committees from the board and co-opted members from the local council and partners.

The key aims and objectives of the Trust are to: Support the further enhancement of skill levels amongst local people. Provide employment opportunities for local people through training. Raise educational standards and the quality of life for Lewsey residents and surrounding areas. Create positive impact on the local economy.
